Description: | From Ozark Rivers Bluegrass Festival Website: Eminence, MO has been hosting bluegrass festivals and music events for over four decades beginning with the Current River Opry in 1966 and numerous bluegrass festivals in various area locations over the years.
The new Nick Seaman Memorial Ozark Rivers Music Park will host two bluegrass festivals in 2013, June 20-22nd and Labor Day Weekend, August 29-31st, and September 1st. The park is located four miles west of Eminence with easy access off Highway 106, shady camping areas with 30 and 50 amp hookups, showers, restrooms and unlimited "rough" camping (no hookups).
In addition to its musical heritage, Eminence is known as the "Canoe Capital of America" and is located in the heart of the Ozarks National Scenic Riverways with its spring-fed rivers, hiking trails, campgrounds, horseback riding and other natural attractions too numerous to mention.
The Ozark Rivers Bluegrass Festivals will feature national, regional and local bands and additional activities including workshops, band scramble, contests and "Kids on Stage" performances. The park will be open all summer for RVs and campers. Come early, stay late, jam with your friends! There are no advance reservations. We hope you'll join us in this beautiful Ozark location for good times, good friends and good bluegrass music!
