The Ozark Ham and Turkey Festival takes place on the third Saturday of September and is located around the historic county courthouse in downtown California. Turkey drumsticks and ham sandwiches are the centerpieces of the festival which celebrates the two largest industries in town, Cargill turkey plant and Burger's Smokehouse.
